Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive in about 8 to 15 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or peak periods.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders of $45 or more (CAD), after discounts. Our 3-pack ships free. For smaller orders, standard shipping is $12.00, shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us at support@wearevenstep.com.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact support@wearevenstep.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we can't change its address.
